Returning Or Exchanging Wolf Skin Covers
At Wolf Skin Covers, we stand behind our products. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry – we’re here to help with returns or exchanges. To qualify, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and packaging.
Wolf Skin Covers assures that the covers you purchase will arrive in pristine condition, free of defects, and will fit your vehicle perfectly. Should your item fail to meet these criteria, we will exchange it at no additional cost. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and send out the new item promptly. Defective items must be reported within 7 business days. After this period, items will be considered under warranty and can no longer be exchanged.
Refunds for returned orders are subject to an 18% shipping and convenience fee. This fee helps cover cleaning, repackaging, and restocking. All returns and refunds will be processed within 30 days of the original order date.
To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out a ticket request by clicking here. Once submitted, our customer service team will review your account details and request for approval. Upon approval, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Please allow 1-2 business days for approval and label issuance. Once received, simply print the label, attach it to the return shipment, and drop it off at any UPS location or schedule a pickup directly with UPS. Your new cover will be sent out within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item, or your refund will be processed accordingly.
International Orders
We happily ship our products overseas! However, international orders are not eligible for free shipping, exchanges, or returns and may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not determined until the product crosses the border. All international orders are considered final.
