Absolutely. You have a 30-day window to test the fit of your cover. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll gladly exchange it at no extra cost and with prompt service. Simply visit our contact us page to submit a ticket for an exchange. A prepaid return label will be sent to facilitate the return process, and once we receive the original cover, a brand new one will be dispatched promptly.

Styled-to-Fit covers are tailored to suit the style and size of various vehicles or boats. While they’re not custom-made for individual vehicles or boats, they’re also not generic one-size-fits-all covers. They strike a balance, providing a superior fit at an affordable price. Styled-to-Fit covers offer customers a quality cover, precise fit, and excellent value, helping them save considerably compared to overpriced custom covers that may be difficult to install or made from inferior fabrics.

We strive to ensure all our customers receive their covers promptly. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed. If you haven’t received a tracking number after this time, please visit our contact us page and submit a ticket. Select the option titled “I haven’t received my order, can you please provide an update,” and one of our agents will track your order and provide a comprehensive update within 24 hours.

When you receive a tracking number, please allow at least 24 hours for it to become active. A customer service agent will investigate your order and liaise with UPS to ensure its successful shipment. You should receive an update within 24 hours of submitting your ticket.

Please note, an 18% shipping & convenience fee is applied to cover cleaning, packaging, and restocking. We offer one of the most generous return policies in the industry, with free exchanges. To initiate a refund, simply visit our contact us page, select option 4, and inform us of your decision to return your order.

Yes, you can cancel your order on the same day it was placed by contacting our customer service department. Once an order has been packaged or shipped, it cannot be canceled. At that point, you may choose to return or exchange the order upon receipt.

Certainly, if your order was placed within the last 24 hours, you can still apply the coupon code. However, once the 24-hour processing period has elapsed, it’s not possible to apply a coupon code or cancel the order as it would have already been packaged or shipped.
