Shipping Information
At Wolf Skin Cover, orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. To ensure the timely delivery of your package, please verify the accuracy of your shipping address provided on your receipt. Receipts are automatically emailed to you upon order placement. If you haven’t received your email receipt by the end of the business day, please contact our customer service department to confirm your email address. Please note that rerouting packages after shipment may incur additional charges.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service or UPS for resolution. Wolf Skin Cover is not responsible for packages marked as delivered, and we do not issue refunds for such instances.
All packages are shipped via UPS Standard Ground. P.O. Box addresses require USPS shipping, which typically takes 2-3 business days to process.
Standard delivery generally takes 4-8 business days from the date of shipment, excluding holidays.
Expedited shipping options are available. Expedited orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours from the order date.
International Orders:
We are happy to ship our products overseas! However, please note that international orders are not eligible for free shipping, free exchanges, or returns. Additionally, international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are not determined until the product crosses the border. Therefore, these fees are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders are considered final.
